Web developers design for various sizes and resolutions and make responsive web versions, following web design standards to increase the usability of the website or web application.
Mobile applications it is mostly user-based, so developers need to consider managing memory usage and battery consumption and providing a smooth UI/UX. These roles may seem almost the same, but the way of doing them is different.
